Jeannie is an independent consultant working with the McMahan Group in its role as Development Oversight Manager. In this role, she is responsible for approving monthly contractor draw requests and other financial aspects of development projects.

She also is a consultant to Luminent Mortgage Capital, a mortgage REIT, where she works on the firm's IPO prospectus, initial financial statements and 10-K, as well as the Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 implementation plan.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Jeannie was First Vice President for Bay View Capital Corporation, with responsibility for financial reporting and investor relations. She also served Bay View as Vice President, Controller for Retail Banking, providing financial support, including monthly financials and variance analysis for a 57 branch network.

Previously she was Vice President, Manager SEC Reporting for Wells Fargo & Co. with responsibility for accurate and timely filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports. She also served as Vice President and Controller for First Commercial Bank as a Senior Accountant and Senior Accountant and Auditor for Deloitte Haskins and Sells.

Jeanie graduated from California State University and the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of Nancy Karp + Dancers and was previously associated with EnCorps, a volunteer organization supporting the Sacramento Symphony.
